"Stayed at this hotel with friends and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hygiene was impeccable; every corner of the room was spotless, with no hidden dirt or strange smells, which made us feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The hotel environment is superb and wonderfully quiet. The grounds are lush with trees, and you can't hear any outside noise from the room, creating an excellent atmosphere for relaxation. The front desk staff were highly efficient, checking us in super fast. They were professional and thoughtful, even escorting us to our room. All our requests were promptly attended to. The room facilities were also comprehensive."

"Traveling to Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei on a business trip, I stayed here alone. The reception was gentle and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out process was super fast and hassle-free. Any work-related requests were met with incredibly quick responses. The hotel is right next to the subway, which makes getting around for business very convenient. Downstairs, there are plenty of fast-food options and convenience stores, and I could directly visit Huaqiangbei for sourcing materials. My high-floor room was spacious and quiet, and I enjoyed relaxing with the giant projector screen during my downtime. The balcony had excellent natural light, and the room was fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and other appliances. The bathroom was clean with a dry/wet separation. The entire room was tidy, and the attentive service made my solo business trip much less complicated."

All the room amenities were fully equipped and easy to use, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a quiet and undisturbed stay. Overall, fantastic value for money and a perfect experience. "Facilities: The projector was available for VIP use, but it was a bit dim. You had to turn off all the lights to see anything! Cleanliness: Satisfied. Environment: Good! Location: Close to the subway station and a large shopping mall, very convenient. Service: The air conditioning wouldn't turn on; I had to use the Tmall Genie to operate it."
