Xi'an Hotels with Balcony

This hotel is absolutely divine! If you're coming to Xi'an, I'd even say it's a must-visit in itself. First off, it's right by the Huaqing Palace, with a private entrance for free and unlimited access. Every room also has its own hot spring pool. They include complimentary tickets for two to Baoji Pool. The complimentary travel photoshoot is super popular; we couldn't book it when we arrived, so definitely reserve in advance. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic. For a room costing just over 1000, it felt like an absolute steal. The service is miles better than a certain hotel in West Lake where I paid over 3000 before. In the evening, they even have staff escort you to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, with a hotel-exclusive通道 (access), so no need to queue up early. At this time of year, the first show at 8 PM is already completely dark, allowing you to fully experience the lighting effects. The complimentary sweet soup in the evening was delicious too. Honestly, with all these value-added services, it felt like the room itself was free, haha. Also, the hotel restaurant is genuinely delicious! I usually don't like eating at hotel restaurants, but the food here is really good and highly recommended!

The hotel boasts convenient transportation, allowing you to easily visit the Bell Tower on foot. The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The hotel's decor is very tasteful, with a charming ancient Chinese courtyard style. The lobby is perfect for photos, and the rooms are well-equipped. The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, making for a worry-free and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

The hotel boasts a unique location with a Joy City mall right next door, offering a wide array of snacks. Behind Joy City, there's the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, all connected and just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it super convenient for a stroll. The front desk staff, Sakura 🌸 and Bai Su, provided exceptional service, ensuring we had a very satisfying stay. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, our stay was fantastic!

Tired from the journey, but thankfully I met Xiao Yi (the staff member). Her service was authentic and unpretentious. She spoke gently and was very thoughtful, leaving a great impression on this stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's lively yet quiet, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers, and not far from other famous attractions, making travel convenient. There are also many dining options nearby. It would be even better if the breakfast included hot items like noodles or rice vermicelli soup. Also, the room didn't have UPS/non-power-cut outlets.

Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The Airbnb was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and fluffy. Every room has a super cute stuffed animal. They offer free snacks like onion rings which was really good. The breakfast was also good, homemade, warm, fresh, and healthy, especially the mini sandwiches (roujiamo). The toilet seat is heated. You can try ancient chinese dress (hanfu) for free. The location is very good, within distance to the center of the city, overseeing QingHua palace (the historical imperial garden) where the historical dance drama --- The song of everlasting sorrow --- is performed. A lot of dinning choices around. The only complaint is that it's tricky to find the elevator to the airbnb. We tried a couple of different elevators and asked help from local people before we got to the right place.

The wonderful service started even before we booked the hotel. We got their wechat contact from Trip.com and enquired 1,001 questions. Mostly unrelated to the hotel), but all our queries were patiently and clearly answered. We decided to book the hotel due to its wonderful location. A day before we are scheduled to arrive, we were given the exact location (best if use A-map) and clear instructions on how to get to the hotel & our room. As our flight landed after midnight at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, the Silver Shop will be closed & we have to use the back door. As pampered city dwellers, the place will look a bit worn out & run-down. However, their impeccable service & warm hospitality covers whatever flaws there might be. For example, it is really cold in January. The air conditioner wasn't enough for us. They gave us an extra portable one. We went to Huashan for three days, leaving the room empty. The lady boss ensured us the room will be safe to leave our things & wished us a safe journey. She took note of when we were supposed to be back in Xi'an, even when she herself was in the flight back to her own hometown. During our almost two weeks stay there, one day my husband fell ill and we had to stay in. I had trouble trying to order food online. The lady boss got her manager to come to our room and order food for us. Even though the manager can't speak English, he managed to help us. The lady boss is very fluent in English. Be it in text messaging or conversing. We find that a relief because usually we get lost in translation due to us not being able to speak or read Mandarin. We can understand bits and pieces, but we are not able to fully understand it. We were in Xi'an in Jan 2025. We were back again in Jan 2026. We plan to be back again in Jan 2027. If there is a vacancy, we want to stay here again. It snowed this year & we had fun playing with snow on the terrace. The location is wonderful. In the heart of Muslim Quarters. 2 minutes walk to Great Mosque, 10 minutes walk to Drum Tower. Between me and my husband, the feeling is mutual. We recommend this place. No matter how run down. The location, the service, the washing machine on 6th floor with a wonderful sunset view, the terrace, the big drafty room. All these things makes us feel heavy leaving Xi'an.

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.
