"Cold water bottles provided straight from the fridge once we got in, check in took a few minutes but a whole tour group came in before us and the staff were great with using a translation app to book us in. Every stop at the elevator had more water bottles to go.
The view from our room was spectacular- 100% worth paying a bit extra for. The room itself was nice, clean but the carpets were a bit grubby looking, I’m sure they were cleaned but they were showing their age a bit. The room announces itself to you every time you come in which was a bit annoying but minorly so. The shower was good, always hot water available and the room provided amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, vanity kit etc, and had a hair drier and charging cables, which I thought was a nice touch. Bedside tables had charging ports as well as outlets for both types of chinese plugs. All in all a really comfortable hotel stay. Would come back again"

The location is very convenient for getting around, making sightseeing a breeze. The decor is absolutely stunning with a great aesthetic, offering plenty of picturesque spots perfect for taking amazing photos.

Xiaofeixia1968My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel used to be the old Tang Hua Hotel, and the courtyard has pavilions and ancient trees. Strolling by the lake in the evening was especially comfortable. The location is also convenient; the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is just a short walk away, making it easy to return at night. David handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out, answering all my questions. Jasmine recommended breakfast stalls and nearby small shops that suited my taste, and she reminded me to go during off-peak hours, which saved me a lot of hassle. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Dicky OngWonderful stay. Less than 200m.walk to eating places and shops. Bell and Drum Towers are all within walking distance. Near Muslim.Quarter.with lots of activities. Hotel reception and other staff are friendly and polite. Drinks available 24/7 on the ground floor, including hot tea. We booked the large room with a nice seating corner and relaxing corner. Would stay again if in Xian.

Guest UserThe service was excellent; staff greeted us proactively every time. Breakfast was plentiful, offering both Spanish delicacies and local Xi'an specialties. We paid extra to upgrade to an executive room, and the afternoon tea was substantial. The executive breakfast, which allows à la carte ordering, is highly recommended. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to major attractions and with convenient transportation.

Guest UserBest place to enjoy Muslim quarter food. This hotel just upside 24h shop. If we want to eat,night view just go downstairs with lift. We family are 4th floor stay for 2 night. The room large and able to wash our clothes . Recommended. The xian grand mosque just 100+m walking distance. Drum tower walking distance. Easy transport to go to teracotta, the great of Qin teather. The host is nice

ShuriyatiThe hotel ia strategic, near and easy access to all the scenic area. Food is not a problem since the shopping street is surrounding the hotel area. We have a great time staying there. The host has been very helpful and friendly during our entire stay. Laundry services is also available at the hotel and it’s convenient for us. If you are tired from walking at the scenic area, the lower ground shop-lot have lot off massage parlours where you can relax after the hectic day. The owners’ cats are so cute and super friendly and being and additional friends for us 😍

The homestay we stayed in this time really exceeded our expectations! Opposite is the Daming Palace National Park, with a superior location and prosperous business. It is close to the subway entrance, and is a few stops away from the Bell Tower and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, which is more convenient than driving. Nearby is the lively night market street of Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The community is of high quality, the lobby is luxurious and atmospheric, the rooms are spacious and bright, with a light luxury style and exquisite design. The large flat with five bedrooms, two living rooms and three bathrooms is very practical, and it was just enough to accommodate our group of more than ten people! It is also equipped with a fully automatic mahjong machine, which added a lot of fun to our leisure time. It was as warm and comfortable as at home, and it was a very pleasant travel experience.

Echo_Z521This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right by the Yongning Gate city wall. It's super convenient to access the wall, find food, and hail taxis. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, though no shower cap. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The Chengtian room had excellent soundproofing; I barely heard any noise. The front desk staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and even offered complimentary drinks. The common areas were clean and odor-free. On a hot day, it's nice to just relax with a coffee there. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends. For families traveling with kids, I recommend the loft room (Chengtian); kids will love it! You can even 'climb onto the roof and lift the tiles' (a playful Chinese idiom for having great fun).
The only issues were a slight tripping hazard where the stairs meet the bathroom, and also at the door frames between the bedroom and living room, which could be a bit of a toe-stubber. Just something to be mindful of.
