"24-hour free shuttle service to/from Haikou Meilan International Airport and Meilan Station twice: Arrived in the early morning, and the pick-up service was incredibly convenient. Truly excellent service. The hotel is also very comfortable, and it offers great value for money near the airport. Even the standard room beds are large, which is a definite plus."

"The hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants, so you'll have endless dining options. All the in-room appliances work perfectly. Plus, there's an incredibly delicious coconut chicken restaurant right behind the hotel, less than 100 meters away – a must-try if you stay here! The room facilities and housekeeping are top-notch. The cleaning is meticulous, and everything is tidied up neatly. The staff are very polite. The buffet breakfast on the 33rd floor is abundant, delicious, and offers a wide variety of choices. The Guest Relations assistant even added me on WeChat during my stay, which was super convenient as they were always responsive to my requests. Overall, the hotel environment is quiet and upscale. This is definitely my go-to hotel when traveling."

"The location is incredibly convenient, only about 1 kilometer from the Qilou (arcade buildings) and Yundong Library. The butler service was excellent. Haikou has far more food options than Sanya, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and feel right at home. Despite being in the city center, it's not on a main street; the beach is right outside! Highly recommended!"

"We originally booked for two nights, but the kids had such a blast that we extended our stay for three more! The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a fantastic variety, and the lounge service was excellent. Every afternoon, the kids loved going to the recreation area for crafts and swimming – they had such a great time! A big thank you to all the staff in the recreation department; the pool staff were incredibly responsible, and the kids absolutely adored the craft activities. And a special shout-out to our butler, Jenny – she was super responsive to any questions we had, always getting back to us immediately. The kids can't wait to come back and stay here again next month when we return to Haikou!"

"My stay was excellent! The room was incredibly soundproof, so I slept very peacefully throughout my visit. The cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. I really appreciated the magnifying makeup mirror in the room, it made getting ready so much easier. The hotel's laundry service was a lifesaver – I didn't have to bring home a pile of dirty clothes. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the freshly made noodle soup was particularly delicious. The staff were all very kind and attentive. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"The hotel itself is pretty good and quiet, but the humidity was so high that after sleeping for one night, I woke up with a backache. In the morning, I opened the window a tiny crack, thinking it would air out the room. To my surprise, when I came back, the entire room was covered in water droplets. I was stunned for a long time, not knowing what had happened. I spoke to the front desk, and they moved us to another room, explaining that we couldn't open the windows because we were so close to the sea – not even a tiny crack. They really should have communicated this during check-in, instead of waiting until there was a problem to tell me. Many people aren't aware of the weather conditions in Haikou. And what's more, I was traveling with a child, and the front desk didn't offer a single apology for the incident. Only one young man consistently helped me move my luggage and change rooms; I want to thank him. The staff at the entrance were also excellent; they always helped open car doors and carry luggage!"

"The room was very clean, and there was an elevator connecting the floors. It was close to the night market at the south gate of Hainan University and the Qilou Old Street. There was a morning market, a large supermarket, and delicious Northeastern restaurants nearby. The balcony was suitable for drying clothes, and there were shared bicycles everywhere downstairs, making it very convenient to get around. It was also good value for money."

"Location: 3 walking minutes from the sea, fantastic view from the balcony. No big roads, very quite. Not many supermarkets, restaurants or shops in the neighbourhood, but there is the essential. Apartment: very good, looking to the north so not hit by the sun, wonderful covered balcony, even with the typhoon one could sit there. Clean, good beds, functioning and quite air conditioning, kitchen with basic utilities. Building: it is a mix of residential building and hotel. One can see that in the past it must have been a wonderful 5 stars hotel, now needs some renovations. As usual English is a problem but the ladies at the reception are ready and well equipped to communicate using translation apps. Service: I wanted high floor and booked 10th floor, they gave me 13th (thank you!) Right and left there were stairs, so no neighbours, also very quite (also because of the massive walls). Some neighbour in the hallway sometimes left the door open so I could hear his TV, but it didn't bothered me. Conclusion: considering the price, it was a great stay."

In the evening, sitting by the window watching the sea, enjoying a cozy moment by the bathtub, with coconut trees, white tents, and beach umbrellas outside. The sound of waves mixed with the evening breeze felt like stepping into a holiday scene from a movie. The old pottery jar was brimming with pink flowers, and tall palm trees provided ample shade. Posing for photos with the sea as a backdrop, my straw hat and green backpack instantly created that 'island vibe' in every shot. The beach was equally stunning: crystal-clear water, soft golden sand, and small fishing boats gently beached. In the distance, a few fishing figures dotted the horizon. Walking barefoot on the sand, watching the clouds drift by, all my worries were swept away by the sea breeze. From the meticulous landscape design and the romantic sea views from the room, to the relaxed beach terrace, this guesthouse truly embodied the 'island dream' in every single detail. Staying here, I finally understood what it means to 'live life poetically and give your holiday back to the sea.' Coming here during my pregnancy, with convenient pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly helpful!"
