"It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, so I had to ask around for directions. The hotel is located in a shared building with office tenants (search for: Changjiang Securities as per in the first pic), so during peak hours, expect some waiting time for the lifts. The room was exceptionally clean and spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kulangsu Island. Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with my laundry. I simply dropped it off and collected it the next morning. Thank you for the excellent service and for going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"This is an established luxury hotel in Xiamen, and the decor is quite nice. The rooms are spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of Gulangyu Island. The hotel staff are also very friendly; they always greet you proactively. It was a really pleasant stay."

"The room was bright, clean, practical, and fully equipped. In this day and age where everyone's glued to their phones, I was pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the room. Watching shows in a dimly lit environment was great, and there were plenty of programs to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was congee, five or six hot and cold side dishes, fried noodles, steamed dumplings, mini steamed buns, twisted rolls, regular steamed buns, and eggs – a good variety of nutritious and delicious options. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions. The shuttle driver was efficient, considerate, and a fantastic driver. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again."

"Our stay in this room was absolutely fantastic! We'd stayed on other floors in the Twin Towers before and found them to be just okay, but this Blue Shark unit was clean and high-quality. The teacups, mouthwash cups, toiletries, and showerhead all felt premium. The room itself was immaculately cleaned and tidy, and the projector worked great. The large bathtub filled up quickly with hot water and was perfectly positioned for a relaxing soak after a day out, with a lovely view too – truly blissful! The customer service agent who assisted us was also very attentive and thoughtful. We had a small request for a late check-out at the end, and they kindly accommodated us, which we really appreciate! We're already planning to stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!"

"Our stay at the Wyndham Xiamen was truly amazing, with the unparalleled, front-row sea view being the absolute highlight. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an unobstructed, endless vista of the azure sea, with the majestic Xiang'an Bridge stretching calmly across the water – the view was clear and expansive. Waiting for the sunrise over the sea in the morning and encountering the orange sunset in the evening, both dawn and dusk provided incredibly therapeutic scenery with a fantastic ambiance; every photo taken looked like a professional seascape shot. The complimentary breakfast was truly impressive, with a rich and diverse selection. Authentic Fujianese snacks like Shacha noodles and vermicelli paste were flavorful and delicious, while Western hot dishes, exquisite desserts, and seasonal fresh fruits were all available, catering to a variety of tastes. The service was gentle, attentive, and highly efficient. Any questions or requests before and during our stay were promptly and properly addressed, with staff being humble and polite. The meticulous service significantly enhanced our sense of happiness during the stay. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin. The hotel as a whole was quiet and elegant, making for an exceptionally relaxing and comfortable vacation. With its superb sea views and thoughtful, spot-on service, this will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Xiamen!"

"We stayed in Xiamen for a few days with our kids and friends, and the service was excellent from the start. A big thank you to the staff member who consistently helped us with our luggage when we arrived and left, and even drove us to the station. We usually stay at Hanting hotels, but this time we opted for a more affordable option, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great the room experience was! They arranged for my friend and I to be on the same floor, and they even upgraded my room, which was a nice bonus. The room was very clean too. The service and room quality were definitely on par with hotels costing 300-500 yuan. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay!"

"The service was absolutely amazing, especially the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Wang and the male receptionist! They were incredibly responsive to every request. The room was huge, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for family trips, highly recommended! The only minor issue was a small, not very noticeable stain on one corner of a duvet on the first night. But I'm confident they change linens for every guest; it was probably a slip-up from their outsourced laundry service. Everything else was perfect! The cleanliness was also great. They provided plenty of bottled water and even helped with free printing and lent us an umbrella! Downstairs, there's a self-service tea and coffee station. Plus, it's close to the beach! Highly recommend!"

"What a gem of a guesthouse I found for my Xiamen trip – Yidu Chaosu, it completely exceeded my expectations! Tucked away in an alley in the old town near Zhongshan Road, it's super close to the Bashi Market and the ferry terminal, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The Nanyang retro decor creates a fantastic ambiance, and the rooftop terrace is perfect for catching breathtaking sunset photos. The room was spotlessly clean, and the zero-pressure mattress and pillows provided an amazing night's sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and all the facilities are smart and well-equipped. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, providing local food and travel tips in advance. Plus, you can grab complimentary bug spray and use the self-service laundry and dryer. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the courtyard and tea room offer comfortable spaces to relax. Every detail is carefully considered, and the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen, highly recommend!"

"I was happy with this hotel from the moment I arrived. The doorman, whose name I didn't catch, proactively opened the car door and helped with my luggage. Seeing I had a child with me, he even took all my bags to the lobby while I checked in. Lin Jiankai at the front desk handled my check-in, patiently answering all my questions. I requested a quiet room and ended up on the top floor. The room was a good distance from the executive lounge, so it was very quiet, yet still conveniently located for easy access to the lounge. My visit to Xiamen for the May Day holiday was primarily due to the hotel's excellent transportation links. It was a 30-minute taxi ride to the Botanical Garden (due to holiday traffic), and less than 10 minutes by taxi to SM and MixC malls. The hotel itself is connected to Panji Center, which offers a variety of dining options and a cinema. As soon as we checked in, we went to Tongren Siji Coconut Chicken, which was only about 50 meters from the front desk – so convenient and delicious! When I got to the room, I initially thought it might not be very bright based on the online photos, but it was actually very well-lit. You could also request staff to open the windows. I didn't take photos when I first entered, and later the room got a bit messy, so I didn't bother. A few details about the room really stood out: a shoe shine kit and cloth, and by the bathtub, there were disposable tub liners, a loofah, and bath salts. These little touches are a huge plus for me, as many hotels only provide these upon request. The next day, the cleaning lady even left a pack of Heart to Heart facial tissues by the sink, which I think speaks to the quality of the hotel's amenities. Again, many five-star hotels have tissues that fall apart easily. Now, for the executive lounge: The afternoon tea offers three types of pastries and fruit. While not extensive in variety, the quality of the pastries is superb and very tasty. As someone with high standards for desserts, I give Panji Hilton's desserts a five-star rating. Happy Hour, starting at 6:00 PM, is even more impressive, with at least seven or eight hot dishes. On the first night, there was black garlic duck soup, and on the second night, morel mushroom chicken soup, along with roasted lamb. The evening desserts were different from the afternoon selection, and again, they were absolutely delicious! Also, there's a lovely staff member in the lounge, Ms. Cao Mengying, who is incredibly professional. Not only did she provide meticulous service in the lounge, but since I was staying on that floor, she would always greet me whenever I left or returned, making me feel truly at home. The hotel's smart features are also up-to-date, with an electric toilet in the room and robots that can deliver meals. Regarding service, I had an unexpected injury at the hotel. Trip.com's customer service followed up promptly and with concern, and the hotel also handled it very efficiently. They even called the next day to check on my wound and left a box of cheese sticks in the fridge for me. For other requests, like mineral water, Kung Fu tea sets, and bed rails, the hotel provided everything I needed. Thumbs up! Due to work, I'll be coming to Xiamen often in the future, and I will definitely choose Panji Hilton again next time!"
