"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, on the day of my most recent stay, there was window cleaning service outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. More importantly, the soundproofing is really poor. Or perhaps it was the noisy neighbors who left their door open; either way, I was surrounded by noise all night long, ugh! Another area that needs improvement is the hotel service. When I carelessly left some clothes in my room and called immediately, the front desk's service was quite inefficient. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I had to call again about 8 minutes later to inquire. Finally, they confirmed the forgotten items and agreed to mail them to me!"

"Living in the Disney area, the first choice is the Mosher Hotel. The exclusive shuttle bus is free to travel, and there is no pressure to enjoy the park. Nutritious breakfast is served every day, rich coffee is tasted at any time, and the taste buds enjoy it. Prepare a bucket for soaking feet indoors to relieve the soreness and fatigue of walking. The hotel has its own leisure swimming pool, cool water after play, perfect self-service laundry service, clean and tidy travel without worry, intimate service shows warmth."

"The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming! We arrived early, and they even managed to get a room ready for us for an early check-in. They also offer a Disney shuttle service, which is super convenient. You can order takeout here too. The environment is lovely and exceptionally clean – you can run your hand over the bed frame and find no dust at all. The room practically looks identical to the pictures. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel Review – Absolutely Worthwhile Stay I had a fantastic stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The whole experience felt smooth, clean, and genuinely relaxing. My husband and I spent a couple of days there celebrating my birthday. Spa & Facilities The spa was amazing. It’s a no-shoe area, so you can walk around barefoot, in socks, or use the shoes they provide. It was spotlessly clean, and we had access to all the sauna and stone rooms. Our room had a private hot tub, which was a highlight, and the massages were both reasonably priced and excellent. Rooms & Service The staff spoke English and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. One thing to note: there aren’t shelves or cupboards in the rooms, but they provide hooks and hangers. That’s because they supply spa clothes for guests, so you don’t need much closet space. Your shoes are kept in lockers inside the hotel. You can put the on and take them off before you enter and exit the hotel. Location & Convenience It’s close to Disney, and they run a bus to and from Disneyland. The departure time is a bit early, but you can have an early breakfast beforehand if you book a room with breakfast included. The wristband system makes everything easy and affordable — meals, games, and other extras all get charged directly to your room. Extras for Everyone There’s plenty to do on-site: billiards, Nintendo games, arcade room, movies, and several kid-friendly areas. They also have an in-house restaurant with snack bars, ice cream, drinks, and sweets. Designated smoking areas are available too. Overall, it was a really relaxing and well-organized getaway. Great for families and couples alike. Highly recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near Disney."

"This hotel has a lovely Spanish decor style. The lobby is grand, and you're greeted by a pleasant fragrance as soon as you step in. Every room comes with a large balcony. At night, when the lights are on, you get a clear view of the impressive, 'instagrammable' pool. It's not open yet, but it should be for summer. The service is excellent; they're always happy to help with any questions. It's an ideal choice for families traveling with friends or for business trips. 👍👍❤️"

"The service here truly deserves five stars! Traveling solo with my child, I chose this hotel after booking a pre-sale deal, which was incredibly affordable. To my delight, they upgraded our room upon check-in. Joining their customer service WeChat group was a game-changer – so convenient! Whether it was booking the shuttle, or requesting extra supplies for the room, they were always quick to respond and fulfill our needs. The shuttle service is fantastic, with frequent routes to Disneyland, the airport, train station, and the Bund. We used it for all our outings during our stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Oops, I forgot to take pictures of the room! 😂 The kids' meals at the ground floor restaurant are also excellent – great value and my little one absolutely loved them!"

"Booked this room half a year ago for my child's college entrance exam today. The front desk was incredibly nice; they specially arranged a quiet room on a high floor, away from the elevator. They even put a banner on the door wishing success in the exams and provided thoughtful snacks and fruits in the room. My child got some excellent rest. Many thanks, highly recommend!"

In the morning, there's a delicious breakfast to energize you for a full day of fun. The guesthouse itself is beautifully decorated with a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. "The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it's located in a bustling commercial area, the room itself was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. We traveled with both children and elderly family members this time, and everyone had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was also very generous in accommodating all our requests during our stay."

The room decor was beautiful, and the hotel also has a kids' play area, which was super convenient for families with children. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
