I didn't sleep well at night. Cleanliness: It was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping was prompt. Environment: The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it convenient to get to places like West Lake and Zhejiang Museum. Hangzhou East Railway Station is within walking distance. Additionally, there are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, and a commercial area nearby, making it a very friendly environment for dining, shopping, and transportation. Service: Check-in and check-out were very quick."

"Staying at Qingzhiwu by West Lake is a quiet blessing. West Lake Moon Stream Garden B&B, surrounded by lush greenery and charming alleys, feels like a hidden courtyard in the city. Waking up to birdsong instead of an alarm clock, and opening the window to the verdant botanical garden rather than cold skyscrapers, is truly refreshing. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. Even the toiletries and small amenities made me feel well-cared for. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and recommending routes, making it feel like I had a familiar friend in Hangzhou. My favorite part was sitting in the garden in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee. In those moments, travel ceased to be rushed and instead, gently slowed down. If West Lake is the scenery, then staying here truly felt like 'living within the scenery'."

"Staying in a room with a big window really lifts your spirits, and it was perfect timing as the magnolias were just starting to bloom. The owner was incredibly nice; we arrived early and they allowed us to check in ahead of time. Before heading to the airport, we sat downstairs for an hour, and the owner even brewed us two cups of tea. We've been traveling all the way from Beijing, and my German husband said this was the best homestay experience yet!"

"First off, let's talk about the location. It's right next to a subway station and very close to all the major attractions, but without the crowds you'd find at hotels right in the tourist areas. Everything is just one or two stops away, and it's super convenient if you're driving too. The parking lot is right outside the entrance, which was a huge plus since I was traveling with my one-year-old and had a lot of stuff. The hotel facilities are very new and comprehensive, with a laundry room and a gym. The room itself is smart-equipped, clean, tidy, and fully functional. The service was incredibly attentive and thorough! I left something behind, and they mailed it back to me for free. Even the cleaning staff were very polite and enthusiastic. Honestly, for this price point, the service is top-notch, comparable to a five-star hotel. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"My overall stay was perfect. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm and polite. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The price was great, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price range. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners. The sheets and duvet covers were changed for each guest, and the bathroom was spotless with no odors, showing exceptional attention to hygiene details, which made me feel very comfortable. The service was thoughtful and attentive; requests were promptly addressed. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, providing helpful answers to all my questions. The service experience was excellent. The location is superb, close to commercial areas and transportation hubs, making it easy to get around by taxi or car. There are plenty of dining options nearby – the location is truly fantastic. The price is affordable, and the facilities are complete. The environment is on par with much more expensive hotels, offering great value for money. It's my top choice for short stays."

My booking was for two nights but made separately so she combined them together and assured I don’t need to worry about that . The room was indeed very nice and cleanliness was spotless. A perfect stay as always. They had also prepared a beautiful fruit plate in advance, which I really like. Many thanks !"
