"The hotel's location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the facilities are relatively new, and the soundproofing is good. The only drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't have a robot delivery service, which makes ordering takeout inconvenient. Takeout left at the front desk isn't automatically delivered to the room; you have to call and request it. Another downside is that the hotel elevator doesn't require a key card to access, so non-guests can enter the guest areas at any time. Overall, the location and facilities are good, but there are still areas that could be improved."

"Gazing at the stars late at night, if you feel a sense of peace, it means you're close to home. Over the past three or four years, I've stayed at Moxy Hotel more than ten times, and I've grown accustomed to the calm and quiet atmosphere here. Even though it's right next to Hongqiao Station, it feels like a secluded paradise. Most hotels in Shanghai have small rooms and tend to be humid. But at Moxy Hotel, the space is generous, the facilities are complete, the service is very professional, and the breakfast is delicious. I will continue to stay here as always."

"Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk."

"The hotel itself was fine, great location, and the room was modern and clean. The reception staff were kind and spoke good English. However, it was a bit disappointing that upon check-in we found out there was renovation work on the level above the hotel (which is not part of the hotel) and to expect noise from 8:00 am. I understand that this is out of the hotel's control, but the hotel should have informed guests about this earlier than check-in time. We stayed for four nights and every day we woke up right when the drilling started. We had plans in Shanghai, so it didn’t bother us too much, however on our last day, we wanted to sleep in. Thankfully, there was no drilling after 8:00 am that day, but I guess that was only because it was Sunday so we were lucky. If I had wanted to relax in the hotel, like we did in previous one I would have been very unhappy. The drilling was quite loud, and we could even hear som noise as early as 7:30 am. Besides that everything was fine."

One of the things that made our stay even more enjoyable was the self-service laundry room available to all guests. It is fully equipped with everything you need—simply bring your clothes, wash them, and dry them. It was a very useful and convenient service. Step out, and you're directly on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, with dining, entertainment, and shopping all just steps away. A fifteen-minute walk takes you straight to the Bund's historic buildings. It's also near People's Square Metro Station, where multiple lines intersect, making it incredibly convenient to get to Yu Garden, Lujiazui, and the Shanghai Museum. Whether you're sightseeing, shopping, or commuting, it saves a lot of travel time. Finding a hotel like this in such a prime downtown location is really rare. The staff, Evelyn, Camille, and Ivy, were incredibly welcoming and gave me many souvenirs. I really love this hotel and stay here often."

It's also only about a ten-minute drive from the Oriental Pearl Tower, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and The Bund.
