"I'd like to leave a review. This hotel offers excellent, patient service. On the day we arrived, there was road maintenance nearby, causing parking issues. The front desk staff proactively came out to guide us to a parking spot, saving us a lot of time. We originally booked a windowless king room, but they upgraded us to a loft room with a window. The room was very unique; it was my first time staying in a loft, and I really enjoyed it. It was split over two levels, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The facilities and amenities were very complete, and it even had a large refrigerator and a phone stand, which was a very nice touch. The environment is great, very quiet within the park, and the location is also excellent. It's very close to Hongqiao Station for picking people up. The price isn't expensive either, making the value for money absolutely superb."

"Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk."

"Love to stay in this hotel which provides all I need ! It was a rainy day when I checked out. The receptionist offered an umbrella for me without me having to ask. Such a thoughtful and genuine touch that really left a lasting impression. The breakfast was equally impressive with a wonderful spread and plenty of options to suit every taste."

"The location is unbeatable, right downstairs is the pedestrian street. A big thanks to Nina at the front desk who upgraded me to a high-floor room with a fantastic view. The breakfast was a rich and delicious mix of Western and Chinese options. The staff were all warm, polite, and provided excellent service. I even met a lovely staff member in the elevator who gave me a small souvenir. All in all, a really great experience that I'd be happy to recommend to friends."

"I was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment upon check-in. 😂 The room was very clean and quiet, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine and plenty of storage space, making it perfect for an extended stay. For just over 500 RMB a night, a hotel this close to the city center offers excellent value for money. It's very near Yuyuan Road, only about a ten-minute drive to Jing'an District, and a twenty to thirty-minute drive to Hongqiao Airport. It was also fun to have a robot deliver my takeout."

"Location: Excellent for those using the Hongqiao Transportation Hub. It’s very close to both the Hongqiao Airport and the High-Speed Railway Station. Accessibility: The Metro Line 2 (Panxiang Road Station) is right in front of the hotel. Use Exit 1—it’s just a 1–2 minute walk diagonally across to the entrance. Breakfast: Note that breakfast isn't served inside the lyf building itself. You have to walk to the Courtyard by Marriott nearby. The spread there is extensive with lots of food options. Staff: Very helpful and speak good English, which makes check-in and local inquiries much smoother for international travelers."

"This was my first time staying in a hotel in Shanghai. I searched online and compared several options, and Hotel JuYue immediately caught my eye. It was even better than I expected! The room was spacious and clean, giving off a very warm, home-like vibe. The owner is also incredibly nice, and the front desk lady was so warm and thoughtful! When I checked out, she even reminded me not to leave anything behind. If I come to Shanghai for a business trip again, I'll definitely choose Hotel JuYue. It's excellent value for money, and I'll recommend it to my friends too!"

"The service at the hotel is top notch. The room is big and spacious. The hotel staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Want to shout out to Bai Yu, the cleaning team and the rest of the staff for the warm and helpful service during our stay. The hotel is about 10-15mins walk to Yu Garden, very near Subway station and right beside the bund where you can see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. There are free coin laundry, mini gym and you can order ******* anytime. They will also help you to receive taobao order before your arrival. 👍👍👍"
