"The room had excellent natural light, was very spacious, and the overall environment was great. The lobby featured a high-tech air purifier, which looked quite impressive. They offered free washing machines and dryers, which was incredibly convenient – I could wear my sweaty clothes again the same day. The facilities were comprehensive. The hotel staff provided exceptional service; when I had to go out while my laundry was washing, the front desk even helped me dry my clothes, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. The room rate wasn't high, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"Excellent location, proactive service, and complete facilities! Highly recommended, I really loved it. It has kitchenware, utensils, and even a washer-dryer, which is perfect for longer stays. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from Hema Supermarket, about one subway stop away. However, the surrounding areas like Dongtaili and Xintiandi are fantastic for a city walk."

"The hotel is relatively new, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable. The location is especially fantastic, right across from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. If it's your first time in Shanghai, staying here is an excellent choice. When checking in, the front desk staff was very patient and helpful in explaining the room types. "I was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment upon check-in. 😂 The room was very clean and quiet, feeling more like an apartment than a hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a washing machine and plenty of storage space, making it perfect for an extended stay. For just over 500 RMB a night, a hotel this close to the city center offers excellent value for money. It's very near Yuyuan Road, only about a ten-minute drive to Jing'an District, and a twenty to thirty-minute drive to Hongqiao Airport. It was also fun to have a robot deliver my takeout."

"Location: Excellent for those using the Hongqiao Transportation Hub. It’s very close to both the Hongqiao Airport and the High-Speed Railway Station. Accessibility: The Metro Line 2 (Panxiang Road Station) is right in front of the hotel. Use Exit 1—it’s just a 1–2 minute walk diagonally across to the entrance. Breakfast: Note that breakfast isn't served inside the lyf building itself. You have to walk to the Courtyard by Marriott nearby. The spread there is extensive with lots of food options. Staff: Very helpful and speak good English, which makes check-in and local inquiries much smoother for international travelers."

"Extremely satisfied! The environment is beautiful, and the service is warm and friendly. Free parking is a huge plus, and the breakfast is abundant. The laundry facilities are very convenient, especially having a dryer. It's right next to Baifo Park, which is great for sightseeing. There are restaurants and a supermarket within 50 meters. I'm incredibly happy with my stay and highly recommend it!"

"I booked this last minute for a business trip. All the Huazhu hotels were already priced at 700-800 RMB, but then I found this hotel apartment. At under 700 RMB, it was such a great deal! It's a one-bedroom, one-living room layout, offering excellent value for money and pure comfort. The bed was super comfy, not too soft, not too hard. The decor also felt quite new. While breakfast isn't included, there's a convenience store and a McDonald's downstairs, so getting breakfast is really easy. Plus, it's right next to several big malls like Century Link, making the whole area incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip."

"This hotel is located in the ICBC building, and the service is exceptionally good; they even deliver takeout right to your room. The hotel's location is on the south side of the Bund, with a pier right outside. It's very close to Nanjing East Road, about two bus stops away. We stayed in a king room where we could see both the Oriental Pearl Tower and the 'Bund International Architecture Exhibition' (the historical buildings). You can see the 'Shanghai Three-Piece Suit' (iconic skyscrapers) right from the hotel. When there's a crowd, watching the lights turn on from the hotel room is spectacular. Ordering food from nearby is very convenient; you can get all sorts of takeout. So, ordering takeout and eating in your room at this hotel is a fantastic experience."
