"I was a bit worried the photos might be deceiving, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was completely won over! This place is absolutely amazing, the design is incredible. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine, and my friends on social media couldn't stop asking about it. The location is super convenient; it's just a short walk from the subway, making it easy to get to attractions and the train station. I even got to visit West Lake, which is a must-see in Hangzhou. I loved the big floor-to-ceiling window in my room, offering stunning panoramic views of the city at night. The breakfast was delicious and really hit the spot, but the best part was definitely the service. Everyone, from the front desk staff to housekeeping, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. This 'blind' choice turned out to be a huge success; I'm definitely sticking with this hotel whenever I'm in Hangzhou!"

"I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs, which was very comforting for a frequent business traveler like myself. The room was spotless. I drove this time, and the parking lot was huge. Free parking is available simply by scanning a QR code at the front desk before you leave. What truly stood out was the incredible value for money. I'll definitely be making this my go-to place from now on."

"The hotel service is good, and the newly built facilities are also excellent. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was different each day, with a great variety. We even got a room upgrade, which was more spacious. The hotel's relaxed pace starts the moment you open the window and see the lush greenery. Outside, there's verdant foliage; inside, a cozy, laid-back corner – this is exactly how a trip should feel."

"The location is excellent, right next to Raffles City and very close to MixC! There's a parking lot downstairs, and check-in was smooth. Regarding the environment: Although the hotel is on the 32nd floor, there are multiple elevators, so the waiting time is very short – a big plus! The room environment is quite good, spacious, and even has a 'pool-sized' large bathtub! Now, let's focus on the downsides: First, the bathroom floor is super slippery and has no non-slip mat! Forget about when shampoo is involved during a shower; I almost slipped just walking in! This absolutely needs attention! I suggest adding non-slip mats or non-slip slippers. Second, the computer lags a lot when playing games, and the picture quality is a mess. The on-duty staff didn't understand computers and couldn't provide any help. As an e-sports hotel, shouldn't the staff at least know a little about computers? Third, the service doesn't match the price. Don't most people play games on the computer at night in an e-sports hotel? This e-sports hotel is quite interesting; they didn't mention the check-out time when I checked in. Then, at 9 AM on a Sunday morning, they sent a WeChat message saying check-out was at 12:00 PM, otherwise, an extra fee would be charged... Do guests staying at an e-sports hotel on a Sunday morning wake up at 9 AM? Then, at 12:00 PM, someone knocked on the door... It was both impolite and unnecessary. If you're going to charge for overtime, why not just deduct it from the deposit? I was literally woken up. A good hotel needs good management. I hope the owner improves their service. It's really bad!"

"Walkable distance to Westlake (a v nice walk). Very clean rooms with a cute AI audio assistant (to speak to in Chinese to change songs etc.) and fantastic service from the staff - we spoke via WeChat and they responded immediately (whether we needed to clean our rooms, or them notifying us that our delivery food has arrived and they’ve placed it at our doors). They have been so hospitable and it made the stay so nice!  A very nice place to stay in if you want somewhere tranquil and nice to stay that’s not amidst the hustle / crowds at westlake. I saw the other hotels I contemplated booking previously and found them too near high tourist traffic. Very happy with our decision to book here :) will defo book here again if we come back to Hangzhou (even our DIDI driver mentioned that this place looks v nice hehe).  Also there’s a cafe downstairs :) with v nice view and just good vibes. "I have been to Hangzhou many times. I have been to popular attractions such as West Lake and Lingyin Temple before. This time I explored Jiuxi Shibajian, which is worthy of being the natural oxygen bar of Hangzhou's ”Wizard of Oz”. Now in this season, Hangzhou is a summer resort. This homestay I chose this time is also a surprise. The location is very good. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk directly to Jiuxi Yanshu, and stroll along the stream to Longjing Village. There are towering ancient trees and cool streams all the way. It is especially suitable for taking children to play in the water and explore the mysteries. It only takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to West Lake, and it is very convenient to go directly to Bus No. 87. The rooms in the B&B are healing, super clean, and very new. From the tatami windowsill, you can enjoy the tea mountain and bamboo forest opposite. The B&B staff are considerate and will help recommend tour routes. The weather was very good when we came. We drank in the yard at night and could see the beautiful starry sky. We climbed the tea mountain in the morning and felt refreshed. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the B&B. I heard from the store that this is a very famous hiking route. Due to limited time this time, we only walked a short distance. Let's explore it next time."

"Facilities: The Tmall Genie is very smart! Cleanliness: Super clean, there's a laundry room, and the front desk even thoughtfully helped me dry my washed clothes. Environment: It's really close to West Lake and Hefang Street. There are lots of great food options nearby. If you turn left when you go out, there's a super affordable creative souvenir shop. Service: Nothing more to say, absolutely excellent!"

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. "Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements.
