The air conditioning, TV, and hot water supply are all stable. The toiletries are of good quality, and the mattress and pillows are just right, providing a very comfortable sleep. The elevators, parking lot, and lounge areas are well-maintained; all equipment is new and undamaged. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 3. **Front Desk & Room Service:** The staff were polite and friendly throughout. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and any requests were handled promptly. Whether we wanted to borrow something or ask for directions, the staff answered patiently and meticulously. Their attention to detail in service was truly heartwarming. 4. **Shuttle Service:** The accompanying shuttle service was excellent. The vehicles were new, and the drivers were highly professional and courteous. 5. **Location:** The hotel has a great location, close to Zhejiang University Yuquan Campus and West Lake. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The Pushu Restaurant next door has good food, is clean and hygienic, offers a pleasant dining environment, and is very good value for money. 6. **Overall:** In summary, it was a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to West Lake. Highly recommended."

"It's pretty quiet, and getting around is super convenient with bus and subway stations within 200m. Getting to West Lake or Lingyin Temple is easy with direct bus routes or the subway. My only regret is waking up too early for Lingyin Temple and missing breakfast 🥲. The front desk service was excellent, thank you to all the handsome guys and beautiful ladies!"

Across the way is Raffles City, which makes the location incredibly convenient and excellent. **Service**: The staff were very attentive and enthusiastic. They even delivered my takeout order right to my room from the front desk."

"The hotel just opened, but there's no unpleasant smell in the rooms. The room has a minimalist modern style, perfect for young urbanites. The details reflect the expected quality and uniqueness. On the day of check-in, the sun was bright, and the complimentary upgrade to a bathtub was lovely. The rich foam of the Malin+Goetz bath gel kept the kids entertained. Although the hotel doesn't have specific children's amenities, the large bathtub made up for it. Thanks to Bonnie for her professional and enthusiastic service; the welcome fruit and minibar were great experiences. We didn't get to experience the pool or the semi-buffet Chinese and Western breakfast. It's also a shame that the Kerry Centre mall wasn't open yet. Apparently, the bar is also a trendy social space, which I'll leave for others to explore."

"This hotel apartment is really close to the East Station – just a short walk after exiting, which is super convenient for anyone catching a high-speed train! The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. There's a convenience store downstairs for easy shopping, and a Vientiane City Mall right across the street with plenty of food options. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling by train. Five stars!"

The amenities are of high quality, offering great value for money. The service was warm, gentle, and discreet. The check-in process was unhurried, and the staff were responsive and attentive. It was a truly immersive and relaxing experience."
