"This hotel experience was superb! Definitely worth five stars. The location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. It offers great value for money. The environment is very elegant, with a French theme, and the facilities are complete and very smart. I will choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

"The hotel is newly opened, there is still oil 㲺 smell, the sound insulation is very poor, the picture has no TV programs, the picture 2 is crooked, and the wall of the picture 3 is bubbled. The service awareness on the software is not in place, and the front desk will not greet guests. The hotel is not convenient for transportation, the subway station is 2 kilometers, there is only one bus at the door, but there are few shifts. The only advantage is that 4 simple dishes are included. Order 1.35m twin bed, actually give 1.2m twin bed, the front desk does not say any reason, the service needs to be improved."

"This spring, I decided to take a trip to Jiangnan, Hangzhou, to enjoy the spring scenery, flowers, and relax. I specifically chose this boutique guesthouse located in Yangmeiling Village, near Hangzhou's West Lake area. The price was reasonable, and the location was excellent, close to nearby tea plantations. It's very convenient for visiting all the attractions in Hangzhou. The guesthouse has a generally elegant atmosphere, with a charming French-inspired decor that I really enjoyed. You can sit outside and quietly admire the view while savoring West Lake Longjing tea, or enjoy professionally crafted coffee from the handsome barista at the in-house bar ☕️. The rooms are clean, tidy, and hygienic, and the balcony view from the room is fantastic. The overall service attention to detail was exceptional. It's a truly wonderful boutique guesthouse, and I hope the owners maintain this level of service and style. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance."

"This hotel is located in Manjuelong Village, within the West Lake scenic area. It's surrounded by lush greenery, with many guesthouses around, making it a very peaceful spot. There's a bus stop right outside, which is super convenient for getting around. The service was excellent; they helped us plan our itinerary, saving us a lot of time and effort. I managed to sneak in a day of leisure during my business trip, and the itinerary recommended by the hotel was fantastic, leading to a full and perfect day. At 7 AM, I hiked up a small path that takes about 10 minutes to reach the tea mountains, offering stunning panoramic views of West Lake and the tea plantations. I came back around 8 AM for breakfast, and after a short rest, took the bus to the China National Tea Museum. It was only 6-7 stops away and a great opportunity to learn about the history and knowledge of tea. For lunch, I went to the flagship store of a popular green tea brand nearby; the decor and ambiance were superb, making for a wonderful experience. In the afternoon, I went to Yanggong Causeway to admire the West Lake scenery, then relaxed with a cup of Longjing tea at a lakeside teahouse. In the evening, I grabbed a shared bike and explored the In77 pedestrian street for some shopping and dining. Even though I only had one day to explore, I felt like I experienced everything I wanted to, without feeling rushed or tired. The hotel's recommended itinerary was truly excellent! On my second day, I had to leave early, and they thoughtfully prepared bread and yogurt for my breakfast. This is a wonderful guesthouse, highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hangzhou!"

"Hotel allowed me to check in at 10am and gave an upgrade, which im thankful for cos I was more tired than planned from my 8am train hahaha. Breakfast was average but will fill u up in the morning before going out for the day. Variety was decent. (But I should've ordered food in for nicer food) Front desk was friendly and helpful. They have a few food delivery robots I think, so I get my food quite fast after ******* reaches the hotel (like a few minutes later). They have a gym and pool at the 5th floor, which i wanted to use but got lazy to exercise after my day out.. equipment seems ok. Very good value for the price :D"

"An absolutely wonderful experience! This hotel is super pet-friendly. We received a welcome gift upon arrival, and even a doggy breakfast the next morning. Our butler was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We brought two small dogs, and the only downside was the torrential rain, which made it impossible to go out and explore, and our pups couldn't enjoy the famous big lawn. We ended up having to order takeout to the room for all our meals. The weather in Hangzhou was truly something else! Despite that, we will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Both my parents and I were extremely satisfied."

"Booked the Huayu room through a client. It has a full-length mirror and a sofa, which are great for photos (though you'll need to bring your own lighting). Overall, the shooting experience was pretty good. I've stayed at Nayun before, and the hallway design feels similar. The star-themed ceiling in my room was stuck and wouldn't open, but I didn't really need it, so I wasn't bothered. However, it wasn't fully closed, and the light streaming in woke me up in the morning. Here are a few things to note if you're booking: - There's construction noise in the morning. In my room, it was quite faint and didn't wake me up, but I'm not sure how it would be if you're closer. - The package included a 'stove-boiled tea' experience, which tasted bad. - Breakfast was decent, a little better than your average buffet. - They offer parking vouchers, but each one is capped at 23 hours. If you check in early on the first day and return late on the second day after using the subway, it's best to drive out and re-enter before you go to sleep to refresh the voucher. - There were quite a few mosquitoes. You'll need to ask the front desk for mosquito coils. If you're driving and have the option, you might even want to bring an electric mosquito swatter. - The sink is a bit low, and the record player sounded awful, so I only used it for a short while. Everything else was fine, and the front desk staff were quite nice when I called them."
