"They have a shuttle service from the airport, and unlike other hotel shuttles that combine multiple hotels into one big bus, this one is spacious and quiet. It even runs at 2 AM, and the driver mentioned it operates until 3 AM, every hour on the hour. The front desk staff were very friendly and confirmed if I needed an airport drop-off shuttle and at what time during check-in. All my requests were met. It's also very convenient to buy things or eat downstairs."

"I walked from Shanghai Railway Station to the Hiyee Chic Hotel, which was very close. Upon arrival, I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade from a business king room to a deluxe king room. The room was very clean and stylishly decorated. It had a street-facing window, which made it convenient to open for fresh air. Downstairs, there's a FamilyMart convenience store, perfect for snacks and bottled water. There are also many subway and bus stations nearby, making it very easy to get around. The hotel service was excellent, with daily housekeeping. The hotel provided breakfast vouchers for use at Kuweile downstairs; any amount exceeding the voucher value required self-payment. Kuweile's environment, service, and food were all great. I was very satisfied with my stay, giving it a full five-star rating."

"Mr. Lin Feng was verrrrry kind!! One of our friends lost her phone and he helped us a lot finding her phone!! The hotel was really clean and the location of the hotel is amazing. It’s right in the middle of the every place where you should visit in Shanghai. It was awesome!!"

"Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee. Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages."

"The location is excellent- it is in the center of East Nanjing road, walking distance to the Michelin Lai Lai xiao long bao, the Bund, MRT East Nanjing and MRT People’s square. The room is big and clean. The cons is it is directly across the road in front of the hotel and need to quick to get out from Didi since that there is no waiting area for didi."

"The staff were great with our baby. The surrounding area is very convenient for exploring, and even though it's the New Year's Day holiday and quite crowded, it was still enjoyable. I highly recommend it, especially with the gym and laundry facilities. We'll definitely be back!"

"I especially want to commend the quality of the hotel's front desk staff. Ms. Starry Cui was exceptional, confirming guests' needs even before booking. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was prepared exactly as requested. During our stay, she also proactively checked in to ask for feedback, and she handled our check-out arrangements meticulously. This hotel is our go-to whenever we visit Nanjing Road. It's grand, with traditional Western decor, and everyone from the doorman to the cleaning staff is incredibly polite and courteous, making our stay very comfortable. It truly embodies my ideal 'Shanghai-style' hotel."

"The service provided by the front desk was excellent. They are so helpful even helping us to reserve a table for dinner and make an appointment to see a doctor. They provided us with directions and guided us how to book a Didi etc. They also helped me collect parcels on behalf and sent any food delivery up to my room via the robot. It's so convenient. In addition, they also provide unlimited mineral water both at the lobby and room. I stayed at the second floor where the restaurant and laundry room is at, hence it's so convenient for us. Love the laundry facilities with free detergent. I hope there are more varieties for breakfast and supper as I got bored after a few days. Super are limited to porridge and freshly cooked noodles. The breakfast area can be crowded at certain times and takes time to find a table. You can asked for containers to pack the food back to room if you doesn't want to eat there. The room is big and clean. The location of the hotel is not near the metro station hence you can only take Didi or their shuttle bus. Although there is a shuttle bus to Nanjing road but still need to walk a distance to the shopping area. The mall opposite hotel is called 香港名都 mall, there is a supermarket, haidilao and a number of eateries."

"This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport."

"The staff hotel is very nice and friendly, Some of them can speak english. The location is convenient to go to the city, The bund, People square shopping mall, Nanjing road. You can use Didi or ride a bike to Metro The room also cleanness and large for two people, and It still have more space for the luggage and stuff"
